1. Program Name and Description
Better Tomorrow Recovery Patient Care Messages. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Better Tomorrow Recovery at the mobile number you provided. Messages include appointment reminders, intake and insurance verification updates, and replies to your care questions.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our SMS opt-in form, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of receiving services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your care and communication with our team.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To join again, sign up the same way you did the first time or text START.
6. Help (HELP)

7. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy

9. Not for Emergencies
Text messaging is not monitored around the clock and must not be used for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
